For Whoop, it's one of our cultural values to actually move at an uncomfortable pace. How does that also relate to control? Well, you realize that the way to go fastest is to empower more and more people in your organization to be making decisions every day. If you have a company culture of control, especially top-down control, where I want to know every decision that's being made today, that's going to require a ton of meetings, it's going to require a ton of committees, and it's going to slow things way down. And so I got comfortable over time with just continuing to empower, empower, empower, and push more and more decisions down such that we can move at a really fast pace. Because the more people who feel empowered to make decisions every day, the faster things are going. We've really pushed towards pace over control.
