Next he flags anything that's on fire, missed replies, or deadlines I forgot existed. And finally he tells me exactly what to focus on next, my top three action items clearly written and ready to go. And then he just drops it all into Notion and I'm like, okay Claude, I guess I'll go do this now. Here's exactly how you set it up. First ask Claude to scan your email, calendar, drive, any notes he might have, and your own chat history. Then generate a report with five sections. Number one, summary of progress over the last seven days. Number two, current activities. Three, missed opportunities. Four, urgent matters. And five, next steps. Make sure you save this video so you can copy the setup. Then just have him drop the output into Notion, Notes, or whatever app you use.
