I also think it's just a great pro-social thing. So, you know, I think for many people, they're not just going in the sauna by themselves. They're going in with friends or spouse. For me and my wife, certainly, it's 20 to 30 minutes, four or five times a week when we don't hear our kids talking. Right, so independent of the sort of physiological effects that may be there, there's the social aspect.
