And I would go and take all the news clippings that you guys go through and I would announce that to my audit class this past semester every single week. Because the professors aren't telling the students what states the 150-hour rule is changing in, what mergers are happening, how private equity is affecting firms. Students have no idea this stuff is even going on and to me that should be a critical part of their education into the profession. What about offshoring, outsourcing, is that something that is being discussed in the classroom? Not at all. And I don't think students are aware of how much outsourcing is going on as well. In my opinion, that's why wages have stagnated for entry-level accounting roles and it's why at the cloud-based firms it's so hard for interns to even get a job at a cloud-based firm because they're all outsourcing. I love the cloud accounting space and all the things that these tech-forward firms are doing, but our firm is the only one I know of that's bringing on interns consistently to their small, fully remote cloud-based firm. Most of the bigger firms were the ones who were bearing the responsibility of bringing interns into the profession.
