So fun fact, the biggest break of my startup came from something that I almost skipped. So there was this big R-World party, kind of like important collector's house kind of thing, and I was 99% not going. Exhausted, burnt out, fully in my I-have-nothing-to-wear era. But I showed up, and somehow I ended up talking to a press editor from one of the most influential media outlets in the world. Everyone else was trying to pitch them, but they spent the entire party talking to me about my startup. That night didn't just boost my confidence, it changed the way I move. Show up, even when you don't feel ready, especially then. The lesson of today is that the universe can't meet you halfway if you're not in the room. Fall over more.
