My husband's about to show you the head of cabbage that he grew, so you better act like it's amazing. Come on, babe. Hello, everybody. So this is called a Conqueror cabbage. It's a Johnny Seeds variety. Really pretty. Gets about four to eight pounds. It's a fresh market type. This one's probably about five or six pounds right now, so we're getting ready to really start harvesting this variety down for our market. So super nice. One way we really like to use cabbage ourselves at our house is on tacos. So we feel like it gives a better crunch than lettuce, and it's just something that we've always liked to do at our home. And I don't really like sauerkraut. I know that's a lot of ways people like to use it, but that's kind of gross to me personally. But yeah, we're going to get ready to start harvesting this cabbage.
