So the Portland Pickles baseball team does this deal where they invite a fan out to take an at-bat against the real team they're playing against. I assume every time that the person strikes out, which is fine, that's what you would expect. These are real ballplayers, good ballplayers. Guy takes a walk. He steals a base. He's wearing shorts. He slides into second, ends up coming around to score, which is awesome. So since he took a walk, they have him come out for a second at-bat and he gets to a full count again. Hey, off pitch! High fly ball! And then hits an absolute dong, just a dinger. Left center field! Are you kidding me?! A fan from the stands hits a home run against a legit pitcher. Crazy story. Social media is blown up about it. Back at, so this is my office. I have tons of John Deere stuff, as you would expect me to have, pictures of my family and all that. But right behind me for the last couple months, I've had this. A Portland Pickles hat, which seems cooler now. Four letters! One word! Oh, oh, God! It's not like I'm a Portland Pickles fan. I just, uh, I went to Portland and I saw the hat and I thought it was cool and I thought the team name was funny. And so now the hat seems so much cooler. So, uh, you know, upside down chairs or whatever they do there, like I know.
