Take a moment to close your eyes and breathing in through your nostrils, fill your lungs to the top with a big slow inhale. Like you're blowing out birthday candles, purse your lips and breathe out every drop of air. Keep doing that over and over, full slow inhale through your nostrils. Purse your lips and blow out really slow. As soon as you've emptied your body of all the air that you've taken in, keep repeating. Try to make your exhale long and gradual. One more round. When you make it to the end of your exhale, hold your breath until it becomes uncomfortable. Whenever you hit that point, return to normal breath. Open your eyes and then go about your day.
