I don't remember promoting Claude, but now he sends me weekly status reports like I'm the intern. Claude turns my inbox and calendar chaos into a structured action plan with five parts. First he looks at my calendar, email threads, and meeting notes and tells me what I actually got done last week. Then he shows me my active projects, client work, and what's in motion now, synced across my inbox and chat history. Then comes the part that hurts, everything I said I'd do, but didn't. Claude lists any follow-ups I never sent or ideas I was circling back to, with dates and context. It's not just a report, it's the callout I didn't know I needed. Next he flags anything that's on fire, missed replies, or deadlines I forgot existed. And finally he tells me exactly what to focus on next, my top three action items clearly written and ready to go. And then he just drops it all into Notion and I'm like, okay Claude, I guess I'll go do this now. Here's exactly how you set it up. First ask Claude to scan your email, calendar, drive, any notes he might have, and your own chat history. Then generate a report with five sections. Number one, summary of progress over the last seven days. Number two, current activities. Three, missed opportunities. Four, urgent matters. And five, next steps. Make sure you save this video so you can copy the setup. Then just have him drop the output into Notion, Notes, or whatever app you use. So now I don't manage Claude anymore, I just get his updates and try my best to keep up. And if you want him to do the same, give him structure and context and let him handle the rest.
