Current fixation is opening a barre studio in my hometown

I just left Planet Fitness in Painesville on Mentor Ave, and I'm at the stoplight, and I see that there's this place across the street that is for lease. So naturally, I'm like, wait, let me go check that out. It's kind of hard to see in here, but Mentor Ave is one of our, like, main roads. That entire shopping plaza over there is just dead. Every single storefront is basically open and for lease. And, like, someone's gotta turn this place around because there's so much potential here. Okay, here's another side. Okay, somebody broke in or broke that, so that's a little concerning. Oh my god, we have a drive-thru. We could also make this into, like, a little juice bar with my Pilates studio. So every time I'm home and I go to the gym, there's two options, either Planet Fitness or the YMCA. And there's nothing wrong with those options, but when I moved to Austin, Texas, I was just shocked by the group fitness classes. I started going to Pilates and bar and cycling and yoga and all the things, and I've just—we don't have that here. So every time I'm home, now that I've been teaching bar for almost two years, I just think a really cute, locally-owned Pilates and bar studio would do so well in our area. We have nothing. Like, the closest is probably in Cleveland. There's a few Pilates places there. And then there's a couple others that are, like, out in Willoughby, but they're corporate-owned. At least that I know of. If you guys know of any places, let me know. I mean, I'm definitely not moving back home, like, full-time. I couldn't do that because I hate the winter. But I've been doing social media full-time for the past almost four years now. And, I don't know, just when I think about my future in the next five years and wanting to start settling down and living a little bit more of, like, a private life offline and not just relying on social media anymore, I'm starting to think about, like, okay, what is my actual career goal? Like, what is something that I would love to do? And, I don't know, I think a Pilates and bar studio would be pretty frickin' awesome. And my whole family lives in Paynesville, and so I'd have them help me out. And then I would just come back to Ohio and help run it. Because there is a Frontier flight that's direct. But anyways, let's look up this place online. Because this is actually a pretty good option. Outside needs some shaping, though. The outside is not welcoming at all.
