What's up? It is New Year's Day, 2024. Graham and I are about to do cold plunge. Let's check in on Turtle. Turtle tells me we are at just shy of 50, so like 49, 48 I think is what the chiller tells me. Um, so we are here. Here's Graham. Graham is our teen ice man, or whatever he's gonna be. Graham's 12. I'm 42. Graham's my son. We're part of Good Stress. We are gonna be jumping in for our first plunge of the year. We are in The Retreat, which is our awesome, large, industrial plunge. It's awesome. It's black and has cedar on the top. Anyways, enough about the plunge. We are gonna jump in. We are gonna do a two-minute plunge. It's chilly. We are doing a two-minute plunge right now. We're gonna get in now, and we're gonna be a little chilly, and we will see you on the other side. Happy New Year. We're a minute in. It's so cold. Graham and I are dying. We're about a minute in.
