Imposing a tariff of up to 20% on all imported goods, this is crazy, 68% of Republicans support a tariff of up to 20% on all imported goods. I'm thinking to myself, you realize what that means, right? That means that like, the price of- Everything at Walmart- Almost everything at Walmart would go up by 20%, right? And only 29% of Democrats support that. And like, the tariff thing is just like the worst economic idea that we've ever had. I mean, it's the same policy that led to the Great Depression was tariffs. The Smoot-Hawley tariffs, I think, was the name. I remember about learning that in civics or American history. It was a bad idea. We should not do that.
