Claude code browser extension! Automate any bro...
Cloud Code just released their native browser extension, here's how you can use it to automate a ton of your daily browser tasks. Stay for later and follow for more Cloud Code tips. So the Cloud Code browser extension allows Cloud Code to use your browser as if it were you. Not only this, but it can access your logged in sessions so it can actually use the services you use on a daily basis and access your data. In combination with the background sub-agents feature that was released a few days ago, this allows you to execute a bunch of parallel agents using the browser at the same time in the background while you keep working with Cloud Code. The possibilities with this new feature are endless as now Cloud Code can interact with any of your logged in sessions on any website that you use in the browser. I fully intend to make 2026 the year that I don't open the browser at all and interact with all services through the command line interface of Cloud Code. I created a slash command to have Cloud Code navigate to all of my different social profiles, scrape the view counts from all of my recently posted videos, and do differential calculations of the conversion rates between different platforms posted videos and my school about page. This is one of thousands of different browser automations you can do with slash commands. If you want to hear more, join my school community link in bio.
Summary
The Cloud Code browser extension automates various browser tasks using slash commands and sub-agents, allowing users to interact with their logged-in sessions seamlessly. It enables parallel execution of tasks in the background while users continue working. Users can automate actions like navigating to social profiles and scraping data for analysis, aiming to minimize direct browser use in 2026.
