Everyone's talking about loops, but no one's showing you how to build one. Let's fix that. This is my inbox. Over 200 unread messages. Let's use an agent loop to get to inbox zero. First, open Claude and go to Cowork. Cowork is basically an AI agent that can control and use your computer. It can read websites, edit and create files, basically anything you can do on your laptop. To build an agent loop, all you need to do is give Claude a goal and tell it in simple English how to work towards that goal. In my case, it's go through my email one by one and help me get to inbox zero. Full prompt is up here. Your agent will align to your goal and then loop until it hits it. You can watch as it reads your inbox, builds a plan and creates its own task list. There's even a progress bar so you can watch it make progress.
