If you didn't spend at least two hours on a PRD before you tried to get ClogCode to make you a video game, I know you're bashing your head against the wall in frustration. What is a PRD and why do we need one? My name's Adam and I help people learn to vibe code video games. So for me, I said I wanted to do a Warcraft game. Just a Warcraft RTS game. I told ClogCode to go out and research what the old Warcraft did. All the features, all the warriors, all the clans, the fog of war, how the levels were designed, the health bars, the inventory, the resource gathering. So you're going to have some sort of database and every game's got to know what you had in inventory, right? So what if it calls that name something else in three different sections within your game? Well, now they don't link and you're spending hours trying to figure out why they don't leak. Just saying, hey, figure it out. You're stupid. You start swearing at ClogCode because that's what everybody does when they vibe code. Work with ClogCode to get the PRD. Have it ask you questions. Say, ask me clarifying questions until we have a 100% successful PRD. It's then going to ask you a bunch of questions. Tell it to go out and research similar games and the features of those games. And then once you've answered all those questions and you've fleshed all your ideas out, then you're going to finally tell ClogCode to continue. And if you did it right, it should spend an hour, if not two hours, creating a very good foundation of your entire game. So if you know somebody who wants to build a video game but doesn't know how to code, please share my video because I give everything away for free.
