Let's create your first email agent in 60 seconds or less. In this example, I'm going to have Cloud's no-code agent, Cowork, find the action items in my email and provide them to me every day on a scheduled basis. In my prompt, I included who my customers are to specifically look for unread emails and then to also schedule this on an everyday basis based on this criteria, meaning it'll check my calendar every morning for any action items that I should be focused on. Now, I just showed some unread emails that included action items and now Cowork is going to identify any action items from those unread emails. As always, Cowork always shows its progress in its step-by-step logic. Once completed, Cowork has returned the action items that I should be focused on based off the emails in my inbox. It even identifies the level of urgency for each action. You can have Cowork even add action items to a local file or store another software that's connected through MCP. Cowork is also going to create the scheduled task that'll run this every single morning. That way, I don't have to prompt Cloud every single day. With the scheduled task feature, I can have it run on a specific cadence that I give it and you can also edit or pause it at any time. And just like that, you have an AI agent that captures action items directly from your email.
