We need Saban back in college football nfl coll...
Watch this. There's three things that I think always help me. First of all, have compassion for other people. Treat people like you would like to be treated. Treat people nicely on your way up, you might meet them on the way down. It's nice to be important, but it's also more important to be nice. So that was the first thing, compassion for other people. The second thing is, be responsible for your own self-determination. You got to earn it. Don't look at somebody else, don't blame somebody else. You be responsible for your own self-determination and have accountability for what your job is and what you need to do. And the last thing is, it's not about beating the other guy. It's not about being better than somebody else. It's about you being the best that you can be. This is why I think Nick Saban is one of the greatest coaches of all time. I mean, he is the greatest coach of college football. Honestly, he's probably like a top five coach in all sports combined. I mean, the impact he had on players, the impact he had on the game is astronomical. The character he built in other players was incredible, especially at Alabama. I mean, the program he built was so good, it seems like they were in the national championship every single season. The amount of NFL players that came out of that school was insane. I mean, about seven years ago, when they had all those stud players, they had Jalen Hurts, Tua, Mack Jones, Henry Ruggs, Jalen Waddell, Devontae Smith. I think they had Damien Harris, Josh Jacobs, and that's just on offense. You can't even imagine what they had on defense. So I wish he would go back to coaching college football. He could easily get a job somewhere because I just loved watching his teams play because they were the most disciplined, they had the most character, and he coached them well. And good coaches not only affect the game and affect the players' football ability, but he teaches them about life and builds them up as humans.
