HUGE GROUND BREAKING RESEARCH REGARDING THE ALZ...
Huge groundbreaking research just came out regarding the APO3 and APOE4 genotypes and how much meat you are eating. Guys if you have the APOE3 or 4 genotype or you know someone please make sure to watch this and please make sure to share this with. This is groundbreaking research just came out in March 2026. For those who don't know me I'm Dr. Clint Steele. I'm a dementia prevention and brain health specialist. For those of you not familiar with the APOE3 and 4 genotypes, these are genes that increase your risk for Alzheimer's disease. If you have APOE3 your increase is about 2 to 3 times greater. If you have the APOE4 gene it's 10 to 15 times greater. However please know and I've shared this on this channel before, just because you have the gene does not mean you're going to get the disease. This research again backs me up. It comes down to lifestyle. Very important that you know if you have the APOE3 or APOE4 genotype. Many people tell me well I don't want to know because it's gonna scare me if I have it and then it's gonna stress me out. Well a better way to look at that especially after this research is well at least if I do have it I know how to counteract it. Because what they found in this research over the course of 15 years in over 2,000 people was that those that ate more meat actually abolished that increased risk of Alzheimer's disease. And in fact what they found was that over the course of the 15 years those people that had the APOE3 or 4 genotype actually improved their cognitive abilities over the course of that same time period. For those that ate the meats now a couple things on these meats. Make sure they're clean, they're unprocessed. We're not talking about processed deli meats guys. These are dangerous. Stay away from these. But we're talking about unprocessed and clean meat. So more will be coming out on this. I will share this on this channel for sure. So make sure to follow me and make sure to understand that just because you have the gene for Alzheimer's disease does not mean you're going to get the disease. Something has to turn those genes on and that something is your lifestyle which is what I share here. In addition I share that in my book 101 Brain Acts to Prevent and Even Reverse Dementia including Alzheimer's. You can get at PreventDementiaBook.com. Make sure to check it out. I would love your comments below. Let me know what you think about this research. Again it's one research article but it was with over 2,000 people over 15 years. So that's pretty significant. I love you. I'm Dr. Clint. Please share this so you can help me save more lives.
