We rolled out AI productivity tools starting with co-pilot, Microsoft's co-pilot two years ago in April. Today, 60 percent of our employees use an AI tool that we provide at least daily. If you look at engineering, there's a requirement that they use AI when we push code. So 100 percent of the squads use it. 31 percent of the code that we released last year as a company was written by AI, and 80 percent of the unit tests, so the regression testing, the UAT, the things you got to do before you put new code into production, all automated with AI. The byproduct of that is when I got to the bank 10 years ago, we did two to three mobile app releases a year. We did over 400 in 2025. So it's not just expenses you're able to get out, it's the sprint velocities, it's your ability to bring new capabilities to market, to customers, game changers.
