This is the entire operational infrastructure behind my consulting business. I get asked all the time what I use to run my consulting business, and as an ops consultant, I keep it super lean. Techstack is simple because I don't want to be over-indexed on subscriptions and platforms. That's way too much overhead. And I like to use all the features and functionality of a tool before I find another tool. So Google Workspace is my backbone. It's email, it's scheduling, it's calendar, it's e-signature, it's document storage. That's also where I have templates for my scopes, invoices, contracts, etc. And I use Google Meet, ChatGPT because duh. Squarespace for my website, keeping it easy. You can also send emails through there. Gamma for any time I have to do anything visual because I hate designing and don't want to spend a second on it. Shout out to Gamma, my favorite tool. I've used Collective in the past for all of the backend finances and entity formation. I now am back to using a CPA, but I'm doing a deeper dive into my whole system tomorrow in a webinar for my community members.
