Most brands have no clarity.

I have what I call the brand journey framework. And it's four simple questions. I like to reverse engineer every single thing that I want to do from the outcome I desire to today. So the first question that we ask is, why are we doing this? What's the outcome that we want? And then from there, it's what would I have to be known for in order for that outcome to occur? What do people need to know about me in order for this to happen? And then the next question, in order to be known for those things, to get the thing that I desire to have happen, what do I have to do? To be known for something, you gotta do shit. But then the next thing, what would I have to learn in order to do the things necessary to be known for this thing to get the outcome I want? Because oftentimes the things that are necessary to do, you might not know how to right now.
