This is exactly how you should set up Clod code on your computer. First, the global setup. This has three different components. Your global clod.md file defines how Clod will behave across all your projects. If there's a specific style, architectural preferences, or behavior you want it to always have, put that in your global clod.md file. Don't put in any project-specific stuff here, we'll get to that later. The other two parts are your global skills and agents. These are available to Clod anywhere, which means they also take up context everywhere. So you should only put skills and agents that you expect to be using everywhere. A good example of this is something like a planning skill that you constantly use or a workflow agent that you like to run. If it's not universal, don't put it here. Next, we have the project-level setup. You can talk about the tech stack for this repo, the folder structure, and any deployment instructions for that project. Now, inside the project, you can also have project-specific skills and agents. This is where a lot of people get confused. If you install a skill in a project, that skill will not be available in other projects.
