You know the weirdest thing? Most profitable AI companies over the next couple years won't even have a website that you like, log into. First you gotta choose a boring but profitable industry like one of these. And you're gonna look and see what these companies are hiring internationally for. Like what are they hiring untrained Filipinos to do? This is your product now. Now you're gonna build two things. First, build a series of super deterministic workflows that do little magical things throughout the day. Like little things that the VA that they would have hired would have been doing normally. Do not build an AI agent, build workflows. Second thing you're gonna build is a bunch of tools that they can integrate with Claude or ChachiPT or Manus or whatever. Look up how to build MCP tools, you can use like N8N for it. These tools will all be custom to them and their tech stack. You want them now talking to Claude to make changes in their software and stuff. Now you gotta name your agent. I would do something specific and kind of silly. I don't know, like Steve, the revenue analyst. Now go back to the job listings and find the contact information of the people posting them. You can use this to find their email and then send them a bunch of messages that kind of look like this. I don't know, be creative dude. If you can replace an actual virtual assistant role like 80% of the way there, they will go with you. Like even if it's more expensive, dude, I'm not even kidding.
