CloudSkills v2 just dropped and it's an insane upgrade to how skills work. This new version of skills centers around Anthropic's new skill creation skill, which basically uses multiple sub-agents to actually test out your skills, run benchmarks on them, and improve them. When using the new skill creator skill, Cloud will actually interview you about your intents behind creating that skill and go out and do research for specific documentation behind it. It will then create the skill.md and the necessary assets for that skill, but it will also write test cases and evals. CloudCode will then spawn two sub-agents in parallel that are completely isolated from each other, one that is using the skill that you created and one that is not using the skill that you created, and it will track the token consumption as well as the time to completion. It will then aggregate all the outputs of those sub-agents and actually grade them against the test cases and evals that it initially created, and it will open an html viewer in your browser for you to actually look at the different outputs. It then prompts you for your review feedback and it iterates on that skill until you have no more feedback.
