Delete your CLAUDEmdAGENTSmd file No but for re...
you should delete your Cloud.MD file. And I have a study to prove it. Shout out to you. This study measured the performance of coding agents on real life tasks with and without Cloud.MD files. What they found is that not only did the performance increase, but it also spends less tokens without the Cloud.MD file. And their reasoning is that this context is just redundant information for the model. But for real, we shouldn't delete it completely, but we should rethink it. Now, I went over this in my YouTube channel, but Human Layer also has a very nice article on this. In my video and in this article, it is said that it is way more important to keep the why and the vision of the project in this file. By doing this, the coding agent has a different perspective on all the decisions it makes. Take a look at my YouTube video if you want a real example.
Summary
The video discusses the benefits of deleting Cloud.MD files for coding agents. A study shows improved performance and reduced token usage without these files. It emphasizes retaining the project's vision for better decision-making.
