If you want to be snatched in 2026 and still eat sweet treats, then you have to try this high-protein strawberry cheesecake. It requires no baking, has 40 grams of protein. For our base, we're going to use the Oikos vanilla yogurt. It gives it more of a dessert taste rather than just non-fat Greek yogurt. Use three-fourths of a cup, which is 23 grams of protein. Now, I've seen people use Cool Whip for this, but I personally love using reduced fat cream cheese because it really gives it that cheesecake taste and texture. We're going to do two tablespoons. This is the main character. We're going to use the Jell-O. Make sure you get zero sugar in the cheesecake flavor. Really measure this. It's more like half the packet. This is a bitch to mix, but some strength into it. I'm going to take it a step further because I'm trying to have a fat ass in 2026. You can skip this. Honestly, the protein powder gives it more flavor. This is Transparent Labs in French vanilla, and I'm only going to use, honestly, like a half a scoop. Mix this bitch again. My hand is cramping. It's so good. All right, now that we've completed a whole arm workout, we're just going to smooth it out. You can get some regular graham crackers, honestly, and just crumple them up on top, but I'm a lazy bitch, so I got these already crumbled ones from Target. The topping, we're doing strawberry. You can't have cheesecake without whipped cream. I'm sorry, I might have put too much.
