Alright guys, I hit 190 ball speed for the first time this year, and this is the golf workout that got me there. So we start out with some hip circles for full range of hip mobility, lateral band walks for some glute activation, and then a what's that strap internal reaches. Again, this works on internal hip mobility and glute activation. Rotational box jumps, single leg T's, and then goblet squats is the first set. Next, we got a cable machine load and explode, which works on the internal hip loading and ground force production, single leg curls, proprioception, and upper body strength, and then static wedge split squats for internal hip loading and glute strength. Another what's that strap handle, internal rotations, external hip mobility, adductor strength, and core strength. What's that strap lateral launch deceleration, and then a shuffle to rotate, which is some cardio and rotational core strength. We got high plank pull throughs, core anti-rotation, and then bicycles, which is a general core finisher. Road to 190 baby, let's go. So yeah, Sync's Fit is a great trainer. I work with him down in Florida, and he's the one that got me to 190 ball speed, so definitely check him out.
