Adrift & Salty episode 1 commentary. An origina...
So I just started this new web series called Adrift and Salty about the life on a futuristic, ridiculous mega-yacht of the future with robots. And because I need character consistency and locations and sets, so I'm using a combination of frames to video and ingredients to video as well. So that's also why it's 16x9 and not 9x16 because VO3 does not support ingredients in vertical. So I had to start with creating the sets in Nanobanana. And it's all rounded shapes, a lot of glossy white with a retro kind of 1970s in some parts and 1960s kind of retro-futuristic look at this life of abundance and luxury. We can look at the show together and I'll kind of comment on what I did and how I did it where. This establishing shot is ingredients to video. The second shot is also an ingredient with Jinx in the kind of personnel area of the mega-yacht. So I did the brochure in Nanobanana and then placed it as an ingredient in the frame on top of the table. And then this shot is just a prompt. And then that's followed by also an ingredient of Jinx sitting in the corner of that lounge of that employee lounge. So I created the artwork for the title of the show, Adrift and Salty, in Adobe Illustrator and then created a still frame in Nanobanana and then animated it in VO3. Do you ever wonder if the poor people on the dock can smell how expensive we are? I hope so. I haven't showered in three days. And that's it. That's how that was kind of put together.
