We all love the inspirational stories about flexibility and income like this one in the post I shared yesterday But this is a very reasonable question and concern to be having how do you actually land the clients? you're not gonna be making six figures and Have the control and freedom and flexibility that you want unless you have the clients three things that I share with coaching Clients in my office hours and you hear me preach about on tick-tock. Number one is start with your network Your clients are going to come from people, you know, not strangers on the internet. So I am a huge proponent of scheduling time with former Colleagues and former clients if you have them rather than cold out when you get to have a conversation with a prospective client Talk about the problem. They're experiencing not your services So it looks like this instead of pitching I'm an operations consultant Say I help teams stop wasting hours on clunky processes by doing XYZ That gets attention and then you get to speak about the impact The third thing is be visible post on LinkedIn join communities that are relevant to you Show up as a subject matter expert Share insights engage and let people know that you're available for consulting, but you'd be surprised at who reaches out Get away from the idea of having to chase down clients We just want to make it easy for people to see us as a solution for their problems If you want scripts and step-by-step tools to land your first clients I've got my starter kit ebook and I've got my AI coach with a ton of tailored information for you And then I always have my free office hours where we can chat live and workshop things together.
