The number one killer of any golf swing is early extension. Let's stop jumping and learn to rotate properly. Start off by grabbing two alignment rods, placing one through your belt loop and the other across your chest. First, add side bend. Feel your trail side crunching towards the ground. Then you're going to rotate your body around towards the target. Instead of raising vertically with your lower body going towards the ball, feel your lead hip going back as your right shoulder moves closer to the ball.
