One of the pieces of advice that I got from Sheryl Sandberg, you can't scale a company if you think you have to be part of every decision. At some point, you have to be comfortable with the fact that there's things happening in your company that you don't know about. It was one of the most important things that has ever been said to me. And it's really true because every so often, things happen on product or other areas that I'm like, I had no idea that was going on. And then it's in the back of my mind, like, that's okay. That's what it means to delegate. But I could never have gotten there without children forcing me, in some ways to be busier, like that you actually let go of those responsibilities and enable other people to really take it on.
