1.2 million visitors to my solo bootstrap startup website just this year using organic social media and my founder-led brand. I'm going to walk you through my exact funnel and step-by-step playbook but first make sure you hit follow and bookmark this video for later. My funnel is very simple. I view all short-form media platforms like TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Threads, and Twitter as my top of funnel to drive awareness. The middle of my funnel is longer form content, for example my YouTube videos, my substack notes, and the bottom of the funnel where I want everybody to eventually go is my email newsletter. My rough playbook is to make tons of high-value educational content for free, repurpose that content across a bunch of social media platforms using Bloatato, and then I create one long-form YouTube tutorial per week, sometimes that embeds Bloatato if it's a workflow automation, one to two TikTok videos out of the 20 per week that I film showcasing new Bloatato features, and the last step is to close the loop, so reinvesting Bloatato profits into my community through a self-service affiliate program and paid collaboration.
