Did you know if you pay $5, hike one and a half miles, and find this bathhouse, then you can soak in these cedar hot tubs surrounded by mossy trees, falling leaves, and beautiful light rays. This is Bagby Hot Springs in Oregon and it just reopened to the public. There's five different soaking tubs that can fit two to four people in each one. If you want the best chance of getting a tub to yourself, I'd recommend going in the late afternoon on a weekday. The hike in is three miles round trip without much elevation gain. The tubs are clothing optional, but there's also bathrooms with space to change in nearby. Don't forget to pay the $5 fee before visiting, respect other visitors, and leave no trace.
