Set up your phone, lock the exposure and pull it down to make it a little darker, and record yourself walking into the frame, taking off your shoes, and throwing them towards the camera. Next, open that clip in the CapCut app and scroll to right when your shoes are in the air. Choose the exact moment that you like most, and then hit freeze in the lower menu which will freeze the frame at this exact moment and create a photo of it. Now simply select that back part and delete it. Then go to share activity in your Strava account and save the transparent one. Back in CapCut, hit overlay, add overlay, select that Strava photo and hit add. You can now resize it and make sure it appears right when your freeze frame starts. Your clip now looks like this, export the video and that's it.
