I have been making this drink every morning for the past 10 days before I consume any food or coffee, and I think this is the first time I've truly noticed a difference in my bloating and digestion, so I'm going to show you guys how I make it. I used to make it the morning of, but I found that meal prepping it into these little ice cube trays makes it way easier just to pop out and defrost in the morning. I like to do 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice, a tablespoon of fresh ginger juice, and about a teaspoon of raw honey and chia seeds. Chia seeds are optional and really your preference, but they have so many benefits and it's kind of like drinking a mini boba in this drink. I fill the rest up with water just so it's easier to stir, and then I let them freeze overnight. You can make your own ginger juice, but I buy it pre-made and it just makes my life so much easier. This is the honey and chia seeds I use. And in the morning, instead of having to measure out all my ingredients, I just pop out an ice cube. This is what it looks like. I put it into my little tea glass and pour some warm water over it. Everything defrosts, I give it a good stir, and there you go. Try this in the morning, guys, and I promise you'll thank me later.
