Let's see how many steaks we can get out of this. This is called a chuck roll. I got it at Sam's Club for $128.48. $6.78 a pound. What I like to do is cut this up into individually sliced steaks. It's my preferred method of eating and it's very cost effective to eat like a king. Yeah, let's get started. One, two, and so on. I like to cut my steaks about an inch thick, maybe a little bit more. That's my preferred size. Shut up. I eat two steaks a day and eight to 10 eggs. This lasts me about two weeks. No, I'm not a butcher. No rules, bitch. All right, let's count these steaks up. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21. 21 steaks and some of these suckers are freaking huge. I mean, dang, that's, but that's okay because I can eat as much meat as I want and not get fat. Pro tip, if you're cutting up a chuck roll, throw it in the freezer for like 20 minutes to 60 minutes.
