Say goodbye to plantar fasciitis pain with the ...
Here's a taping technique that everybody should be doing if they have plantar fasciitis. This is using rigid tape and it's called the low-dye technique. When applying this tape, make sure that you hold a lot of tension on the tape as you wrap it around. Make sure there's 40-50% overlap of each strip and make sure it starts at the middle of the heel and ends just before the metatarsal heads. Use a long strip to strap the ends down and then use a little strip over the top to hold it all in place. This should be done daily, play around with it, putting more tension on the tape each day and you'll feel more and more support and hopefully your symptoms from plantar fasciitis will reduce.
